Dark Web is an interesting place to be where most people are curious about. But they also have drawbacks when it comes to taking a look at what’s happening in there since the most stories about the Dark Web is mysterious and spooky. Just like in scary movies if you choose curiosity over fear here is what you need to do to stay safe and anonymous.

  1. Take Precautions
    Before connecting the Dark Web you need to take some precautions for your own security. On your computer;
    *Close All Applications
    *Kill All Unnecessary Tasks
    *Cover Your Webcam
    *Disable Your Microphone

*ALWAYS Keep Your Systems and Applications Updated.
*ALWAYS Disable Java, JavaScript, and Flash
*ALWAYS Clear and/or Delete Cookies

3. Accession to the Dark Web without using VPN is NOT a good idea.
If you use the Tor browser to be able to access the Dark Web and if you think it already provides encrypted traffic so you can’t be traced back, you need to think again. On 26th September 2017, We are Segment’s CEO Filippo Cavallarin, who discovered a critical security vulnerability, named TorMoil, in Tor Browser affecting Mac and Linux users. TorMoil can lead to the leakage of users’ real IP address. It’s better to use a VPN than being sorry.

4. Use TAILS OS
TAILS or The Amnesic Incognito Live System is a security-focused Debian-based Linux distribution aimed at preserving privacy and anonymity. Any and all non-anonymous connections are blocked. It can be downloaded from https://tails.boum.org/install/ for free. You can watch the video below for installation.

5. The Hidden Wiki
The Hidden Wiki is the name of several censorship-resistant wikis operating as Tor hidden services that anyone can anonymously edit after registering on the site. It could be a good starting point. To get in there you can just copy and paste the following link to your Tor browser.

http ://zqktlwi4fecvo6ri.onion/wiki/index.php

For Hidden Wiki .onion Urls Tor Link Directory, you may wanna check The Hidden Wiki Webpage.

6. Only CryptoCurrencies for All Your Payments
Never use your credit and/or debit card in case you decide to purchase something while visiting the Dark Web. You can use bitcoin or other altcoins for all your transactions.

7. Clean Everything after You are Done
